Find the Maenam Kwai Road address

P&P Place, also listed as PP Place and P and P Place Apartment Kanchanaburi, is at 40/6 Maenam Kwai Road in Ta Makham. The road name places it in a useful visitor area; it does not establish a riverfront room or water view.

Room space is a recurring strength

Listed accommodation includes air conditioning, a desk, refrigerator, flat-screen television and seating area, with balconies in selected categories. A Standard Triple is described as approximately 35 square metres. Parking, Wi-Fi, luggage storage and housekeeping appear among the practical facilities.

Ian’s review of 19 January 2025 described a large room and bathroom, a segregated hot shower, clean surroundings, comfortable bedding and a quiet location. A later visitor, grollz, writing on 30 July 2026, liked the family-run hotel while acknowledging that it was dated. Together, those accounts suggest generous basic accommodation rather than a polished new boutique interior.

Older feedback was more reserved

Daniele, reviewing on 23 August 2017 after a July stay, found the room basic and the outlook onto an unpaved road unattractive. The cleaner was a positive part of the visit. That observation is old and cannot establish the present road surface, but it explains why an outlook and room-position check can be useful.

Another verified guest, reviewing on 6 July 2017 after a June stay, found the accommodation particularly comfortable and appreciated a nearby restaurant. The contrast is a reminder that simple rooms can work well when their space and surroundings fit the trip.
