Confirm the island and the room

This Golden Beach Resort is at 21/2 Moo 4, Baan Tai, Koh Phangan, distinct from the Krabi namesake. Hillside shore accommodation includes bungalow, double, twin and single categories, with outlook varying by room. A restaurant, bar, private shower bathrooms and paid laundry and shuttle services are listed.

The coastal setting has tradeoffs

An Austrian guest’s 18 September 2025 review liked a comfortable air-conditioned room, quiet away from the road, and help arranging a scooter, laundry and onward travel. Albalushi’s 12 August report praised the sunset and cliff setting but found the bay unsuitable for swimming at times.

Hanna’s 2 April 2025 review described steps to the beach and peaceful common areas, but frequent menu shortages and only a small sea glimpse from a Garden View room. Choose for the setting with the exact view and access route understood; shoreline access does not guarantee favourable swimming conditions.
