That combination may suit travellers who want evenings close to Patong’s activity. Confirm air conditioning, private bathroom and the exact bed arrangement with the selected room, rather than infer the full inventory from the restaurant or general property description.
A quieter room is a specific request
Fabiano93’s February 2025 Tripadvisor account followed a 20–25 January stay with a friend. The guest liked the location and staff, and found a room behind the main road helped avoid noise that otherwise affected sleep. A rear room is therefore something to request and confirm, not a guaranteed feature of every booking.
Paul A’s September 2018 repeat-guest account praised a large room, comfortable beds, daily cleaning and restaurant food, with convenient access to the beach and nightlife. That older report does not establish current housekeeping frequency. Orchid Residence is most persuasive for travellers who want this central setting and can choose a room position compatible with their sleeping routine.
